What happens if there is a problem with the bouncy castle?
Our castles were brand new for the 2009 season, however there are instructions within the Conditions Of Hire
for dealing with minor problems. If you are unable to resolve the problem yourself then contact us and we will
be with you as soon as possible.

What happens if the weather turns bad?
If it is just a little light rain or shower then this should not cause a problem because of the raincover.
Expect the bouncy castle step to get a little slippery!
If it is a storm or high winds then get everybody off the bouncy castle immediately and deflate it by switching
the power off. Bouncy castles have very high wind resistance and very little weight to counter,
if it managed to break free of it's ground stakes the castle could literally blow over.

What time do you deliver and collect the castles?
We try to be flexible and work around you as much as we can. We normally deliver between 08:00 and 11:00
and collect between 17:00 and 20:00.

Can the bouncy castle be used indoors ie a large hall.
Yes. As long as it fits in. We sometimes encounter problems with ceiling heights, but generally its OK.
